DGR Music Group, also known as DaGod Record, is an independent music distribution company and record label founded in 2024 and headquartered in Ogun, Nigeria.
Founded by Lil Trenchy (Akande Yusuf Ayinde), the company has grown from a boutique local label into a multi-service music enterprise with a focus on digital distribution, rights administration, and artist-first contracts.
We operate as a full-service independent music company that combines the roles of distributor, label, and artist-services provider. The organization positions itself as an alternative to major label deals by offering flexible contracts intended to preserve artist ownership and creative control.
In 2025, DaGod Record rebranded to DGR Music Group to reflect an expanded set of services beyond traditional label activity, including publishing administration, sync placement, and label services across multiple territories.
